Mstar SocialHub Data Deletion Request
How to request deletion of your Mstar SocialHub account data, connected channel data and data received from TikTok.
1. What You Can Request
Mstar SocialHub allows a business to request deletion of the account data it has stored. This includes data received from connected channels such as TikTok. The categories covered are:
- Administrator account details: full name, work email and contact phone number.
- Connected channel data: channel names, channel identifiers, access tokens and granted permissions.
- Content and scheduling data: drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media and publishing history.
- Performance data received from connected platforms, including TikTok.
2. How to Submit a Request
Email Mstar Corp at info@mstarcorp.vn with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the following details:
- The email address of your Mstar SocialHub administrator account.
- Your workspace or company name, and the channel or channels concerned.
- For TikTok data: the TikTok username or account identifier you want removed.
You can also disconnect a channel at any time in the app. Disconnecting immediately revokes the access token and stops further publishing; to delete data already stored, submit the request above.
3. Verification and Timeline
We verify the request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification. Once the process is complete, we send a confirmation email to the address used in the request. Residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days.
4. What Is Deleted
Deletion removes the administrator account details, connected channel records, access tokens, stored content and performance data covered by the request. Records that Mstar Corp is legally required to keep, such as accounting or transaction records, are retained only for the period required by law. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify a business or person may be retained.
