Mstar SocialHub Terms of Service
Applies when a business registers and uses the Mstar SocialHub application provided by Mstar Corp.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using Mstar SocialHub, the business confirms it has read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service together with the accompanying Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Mstar SocialHub is an application that helps businesses manage, schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels from a single platform, with an AI assistant for content creation and per-channel performance reporting.
3. Account and Channel Connections
- The business is responsible for the accuracy of its administrator account information and for keeping login credentials secure.
- When connecting a social media channel, the business confirms it has sufficient administrative rights over that channel and grants Mstar SocialHub access within the scope required by the platform.
- The business may disconnect any channel at any time from the admin interface.
4. Content Responsibility
The business is fully responsible for all content (text, images, video) written, scheduled or published through Mstar SocialHub, including compliance with the content and community guidelines of each connected social media platform.
5. AI Assistant
Content suggested by the AI assistant is for reference only. The business is responsible for reviewing, editing and approving content before it is officially published.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mstar Corp strives to maintain stable service operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly when caused by policy changes or API disruptions from third-party social media platforms.
7. Termination
The business may stop using the service at any time by contacting Mstar Corp. Mstar Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if it detects a violation of these Terms or the policies of a related social media platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
Mstar Corp may update these Terms of Service as the service evolves. The latest version will always be posted at this address.
